Hope you enjoyed the long Easter break and had a lot of fun! We went to all the art exhibitions possible, met up with all the friends we could meet up with, and ate all the delicious food we could find. Yum! 🤤

By now I haven't been able to exercise properly for a month (if not more). First I had that nasty cold, and now I'm trying to recover after a bioenergetics workshop caused me a diaphragm muscle spasm. I'm literally learning how to breathe again (which is actually rather spiritual). Can't wait to be my hyper active running around self again, but meanwhile,

I feel that, as we're waking up from the winter and start setting goals for the summer, it would be great to remind ourselves to do that from a place of LOVE. Our bodies got us this far. They deserve our love and appreciation and not just a list of demands!
